Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP)
Improving quality care for the state of New Jersey
The Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Program is one component of the New Jersey's Comprehensive Medicaid Waiver as approved by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). DSRIP is a demonstration program designed to result in better care for individuals (including access to care, quality of care and health outcomes), better health for the population, and lower costs by transitioning hospital funding to a model where payment is contingent on reaching or surpassing set health-improvement target goals.
As a DSRIP hospital, you know better than anyone the difficulty of helping your providers achieve their DSRIP performance requirements while they are also providing the best quality care for their patients. Keeping up with the details of your attribution lists alone is daunting. You need to be able to see and analyze exactly where your providers are doing well, what they need to improve upon in order to maximize reimbursements, and the deadlines by when you need to close gaps.
Measures Manager™, by Healthcare Innovations Solutions Inc., is the tool you need to do all of this. Our cloud-based solution collects all your data and threads it into an easy to digest dashboard that outlines your performance progress in real time.
Taking the data and transforming it into follow up action is understandably difficult. That’s why we also have DSRIP advisory services to help you navigate towards success.
